FanixBox respects your privacy and gives you full control over your data. This page explains how users can request deletion of their Facebook-connected data from our platform.

How To Request Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook account with FanixBox and want your data removed from our systems, you may request deletion at any time using the steps below.

Remove App Access From Facebook

Go to your Facebook account settings → Apps & Websites → remove FanixBox from your connected apps.

Send Deletion Request

Email our support team with your account email address and deletion request.

Verification & Processing

Our team will verify ownership of the account and permanently remove your associated data from our systems.

Deleted data may include Facebook authorization tokens, connected page information, stored subscriber lists, and message activity logs associated with your account.

Deletion Timeframe

Once your request is verified, FanixBox will process and permanently delete your associated data within 30 days.

Some limited technical or billing records may be retained temporarily where legally required for fraud prevention, security, or compliance purposes.
