FANIX BOX · PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy policy

Effective October 27, 2026 · Updated October 27, 2026

Fanix Box provides tools for account holders to view Facebook Pages available to them and manage Page conversations, including sending messages to selected recipients when the account has the required Meta access and available credits.

Information we process

We store account name, email address, password hash, credit balance and message activity records. When you connect Facebook, Meta provides an access token and Page information, and the app requests Page conversations for the Pages you can access. The app uses these details only to provide the connected features you initiate.

Storage and security

Account and service records are stored in the application database. Facebook access tokens are kept in the authenticated server session and are not intentionally displayed in the interface. Transport to Meta uses HTTPS with certificate verification. No internet connected security measure is guaranteed to be risk free.

Retention and deletion

Account and message activity records are retained while needed to operate accounts, credits and service history. You may submit a deletion request through the data deletion page. Deletion removes your account, credits, connected session and message activity; limited deletion request receipts may be retained to prevent duplicate processing and document completion.

Third parties and contact

Facebook/Meta processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. Hosting and database services are provided by the operator's hosting provider. For privacy questions, contact the service operator through the existing support channel used for your account. No separate verified support email or legal address was present in the supplied project.
