By creating an account or using FanixBox, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FanixBox (“the Service”). By registering an account or using FanixBox in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FanixBox is a web-based platform that enables Facebook Page administrators to:

Connect and manage their authorized Facebook Pages.
View and organize subscribers (people who have messaged their Pages).
Send messages to subscribers through the official Meta Messenger Platform API.
Track message delivery and manage communication credits.

FanixBox is a tool for legitimate business communication and is not intended for spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or any form of abuse.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Facebook account to use FanixBox. By using the Service, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to administer the Facebook Pages you connect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FanixBox only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies, including:

Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Facebook’s Community Standards.
The Messenger Platform Usage Guidelines.

You must NOT use FanixBox to send spam, unsolicited messages, harassing content, misleading information, or any content that violates Meta’s policies or applicable law.

You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send through FanixBox.

5. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Credits & Payments

FanixBox operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to send messages through the platform.

Credits are purchased directly from FanixBox administrators.
Credits are non-refundable once assigned to your account.
One credit is deducted per successfully delivered message.
Credits do not expire but may be subject to account suspension if terms are violated.

Some features may require a paid plan or credits. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All FanixBox software, branding, and content are the property of FanixBox and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of content you submit through the platform, but grant FanixBox a license to process and transmit it solely to provide the Service.

8. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from using FanixBox to:

Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or misleading communications.
Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual or group.
Violate any individual’s privacy or data rights.
Impersonate any person, business, or entity.
Distribute malware, phishing content, or malicious links.
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the FanixBox platform.
Use the service in any way that violates Meta’s Platform Policies.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

FanixBox is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered successfully.

Delivery of messages depends on Meta’s Messenger Platform, which is outside our control. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by Facebook’s systems, policy changes, or account restrictions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, Meta’s Platform Policies, or any applicable law. Upon termination, your remaining credits will be forfeited.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FanixBox after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date.
